A look into the role

We are seeking a Product Owner to join our Digital Audit Team, taking on a pivotal role in driving the implementation and management of digital solutions in our audit practice. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading project management efforts, digital skill development, and product implementation to ensure a seamless transition to a digital audit methodology.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management efforts for the design, development and implementation of tailored analytic solutions, ensuring alignment with audit and client needs.

  • Transform solutions delivered for specific engagements into self-service applications available to the wider audit practice, fostering a culture of digital enablement.

  • Establish and nurture a culture where engagement teams proactively seek assistance from the Digital Audit Team, driven by the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of our solutions.

  • Drive the transition to a digital audit methodology by delivering bespoke solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients and engagement teams.

  • Develop proficiency in digital skills, encompassing a deep understanding of data visualization tools, automation toolkits, collaborative platforms and spreadsheets.

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training on digital audit products and services to individuals at all levels of the audit practice, utilizing various formats to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

  • Work with key stakeholders to drive and maximize the adoption of digital audit products and services within the practice.

Knowing you’re right for us

Joining us as an Assistant Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is to be driven and determined to find solutions to audit challenges. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CISA) preferred.

  • Proven experience in project management and product ownership, particularly in the implementation of digital solutions within an audit or similar professional services environment.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, automation toolkits, collaborative platforms, and advanced spreadsheet applications.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and work with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

  • Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of driving digital transformation initiatives and fostering a culture of digital enablement.
