Our Corporate Finance Advisory team provide advice to a wide range of clients, with a focus on mid-sized companies, shareholders, management teams and private equity businesses. Our teams build relationships with our clients and become trusted advisors so that we can help them to identify transactions that will facilitate their growth plans, including selling and buying businesses, through to raising debt and equity capital for growth.  Whilst our teams have a regional focus, we are a national M&A team led by 18 partners and 15 directors, with an international member firm network of experienced teams who we collaborate with regulary
